B767 Lauda Air Plane Crash, Suphan Buri, Thailand, Don Mueang Airport, Lauda Air Flight 004
Flight 004 was a regularly scheduled international passenger flight from Bangkok, Thailand to Vienna, Austria. On May 26, 1991, reverse thrust on the No. 1 engine of the Boeing 767-300ER, which was deployed in flight without command, caused the aircraft to dive uncontrollably, disintegrate and crash, killing all 213 passengers and all 10 crew on board.
